Who can take part

  • Your child is between 8 and 10 years old.
  • Your child has obesity (a doctor has said their weight is above a healthy range).
  • Your child does not have other health problems related to obesity (like diabetes or high blood pressure).
  • Your child has normal blood pressure.
  • Your child does not have vision problems that aren't corrected by glasses.
  • Your child has not been doing regular exercise or training in the last week, and is not taking part in another research study.
