Who can take part
- You are 12 to 18 years old.
- You have Class I or Class II obesity (not severe Class III).
- You can stand on one leg with your eyes closed for less than 30 seconds (on your non-dominant leg).
- You do not have any bone or joint problems, recent injuries, or serious medical conditions like heart disease, neurological disorders, or psychiatric conditions.
- You and your parent or guardian are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
