Who can take part

  • Child must be between 10 and 16 years old.
  • Child's BMI must be at or above the 95th percentile (considered obese).
  • Child must have a diagnosis of a specific learning disorder (e.g., dyslexia).
  • Child's IQ score must be 90 or higher (based on a standard IQ test).
  • Child must not have other conditions like cerebral palsy, epilepsy, or heart disease, and no recent respiratory infection or surgery.
