Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have a definite diagnosis of multiple sclerosis from a neurologist
  • Your disability level is mild to moderate (EDSS score below 5.5)
  • You have no major thinking problems (Mini Mental Test score 24 or higher)
  • You have at least a primary school education
  • You have not changed MS medications in the last 6 months
  • You have not had a relapse or used steroid pulse therapy in the last 3 months
  • You are not currently in another exercise program
