- You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS)
- You are between 20 and 60 years old
- You can stand and walk with or without a walking aid
- You score at least 21 on a simple thinking and memory test
- You speak and understand Turkish
- You have not had an MS relapse in the last month
- You do not have uncontrolled heart or lung problems
