Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You are scheduled for a surgery that will keep you in the hospital overnight (abdomen, chest, pelvic, head/neck, or blood vessel surgery).
  • Your surgery date is between 3 and 12 weeks from now.
  • You have a valid provincial health card and an email address.
  • You have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet.
  • You speak and read English, have a phone, and do not have a serious heart condition that limits walking.
