Sprint vs. power training for cricket fast bowlers

This trial compares two types of training—sprint training and power training—to see which one helps fast bowlers improve their performance. If you are a healthy fast bowler between 18 and 30 years old with at least two years of experience, this study may be for you.

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You are a fast bowler (male or female)
  • You are physically fit and healthy
  • You have at least 2 years of fast bowling experience
  • You do not have back pain, foot or ankle injuries, fractures, bone deformities, or knee or ligament problems
  • You do not have vision or balance problems, or serious heart or lung issues
