This trial compares two types of training—sprint training and power training—to see which one helps fast bowlers improve their performance. If you are a healthy fast bowler between 18 and 30 years old with at least two years of experience, this study may be for you.

- You are between 18 and 30 years old
- You are a fast bowler (male or female)
- You are physically fit and healthy
- You have at least 2 years of fast bowling experience
- You do not have back pain, foot or ankle injuries, fractures, bone deformities, or knee or ligament problems
- You do not have vision or balance problems, or serious heart or lung issues
