  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have been playing field hockey for at least 2 years.
  • You are moderately active — about 3 hours of physical activity per week or 150 minutes.
  • You do not have any serious health conditions like heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or diabetes.
  • You do not have any muscle or joint problems that would prevent you from doing sprint training.
