  • You are a female cricket player.
  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You have at least 1 year of cricket playing experience.
  • You do not have any heart or lung problems.
  • You have not had a broken bone or torn ligament in your leg in the last 6 months.
  • You can fully take part in ladder and plyometric training exercises.
