Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your cancer must be advanced (not curable with surgery) and standard treatments must have stopped working or caused too many side effects.
- Genetic testing must show a change (mutation or fusion) in the FGFR1, FGFR2, or FGFR3 genes in your tumor.
- You must have already been treated with an immunotherapy drug (checkpoint inhibitor).
- You cannot have taken a specific FGFR-blocking drug before.
- You need to be in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts).
