Who can take part
- 18 years old or older
- You have an advanced solid tumor or lymphoma that has already been approved for treatment with a PD-1 or PD-L1 drug (like Keytruda, Opdivo, Tecentriq, etc.) and you have no other standard treatment options available. If you have a rare tumor where PD-1 has shown benefit, you may also be considered.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1) – meaning you can do most daily activities on your own with little help.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
- You have not had recent cancer therapy (chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy) within the last 3 weeks or less than 5 half-lives of the drug, whichever is shorter.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after treatment ends (if applicable), and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
