Who can take part

  • You have a tumor in the pineal region or brainstem that has not been treated before
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You are able to do daily activities on your own (KPS score above 70)
  • You have not had radiation therapy for this tumor in the past
  • You do not have serious heart disease or other active cancers
  • You are willing and able to have an endoscopic surgery (a keyhole operation)
