Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that is CD20-positive (a specific marker on the cancer cells).
- You have tried at least two standard treatments, including certain chemotherapy and anti-CD20 therapy, or had a stem cell transplant, but the cancer came back or didn't respond.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or PET scan.
- You are in fairly good health otherwise, with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to do daily activities).
- You have not had a prior treatment with any genetically engineered T-cell or cell-gene therapy.
