Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your main symptom is bloating or a feeling of fullness in the belly, and this is more bothersome than any other stomach issue.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics (good bacteria supplements) in the last 2 weeks.
  • You have not taken certain stomach medicines (like antispasmodics, motility aids, or anti-gas drugs) in the last week.
  • You have not had cancer or abdominal surgery in the past.
  • You do not have food allergies, lactose intolerance, or serious diseases outside the digestive system (like kidney disease, Parkinson's, depression, etc.).
