This study tests a daily pill called neratinib for people with advanced cancers that have a change in the HER2 gene. It may help treat tumors that are no longer responding to other treatments.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of cancer called advanced non-small cell lung cancer, bile duct cancer, cervical cancer, or salivary gland cancer, and you have tried up to 2 standard treatments, or there are no standard treatments available.
- Your tumor has a specific change in the HER2 gene (a HER2 mutation), confirmed by a genetic test.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- You have not taken a HER2-targeted pill like lapatinib, pyrotinib, or neratinib before.
