- You are between 13 and 18 years old.
- You have severe obesity (your doctor can measure this).
- You have at least one other health issue related to obesity, like high blood pressure, diabetes, or anxiety.
- You have been seen at the Pediatric Obesity Clinic in Lisbon for at least 6 months.
- You live in the Lisbon area.
- You are not pregnant, not a smoker, and not already in another weight loss program.
