Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and is a type called pMMR or MSS.
- You have received 1 to 2 prior chemotherapy treatments for advanced disease, which included drugs like fluoropyrimidines, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, and possibly a targeted therapy.
- You are healthy enough to undergo leukapheresis (a procedure to collect white blood cells) and have normal blood, kidney, and liver function.
- You have not had prior treatment with trifluridine/tipiracil (FTD/TPI) for your colorectal cancer.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or a condition that requires steroid treatment.
