Who can take part
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that is MSS (a type that doesn't typically respond well to immunotherapy alone) or pMMR.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to take pills by mouth.
- You have had at least two prior standard treatments (including oxaliplatin, irinotecan, and fluorouracil) and your cancer has gotten worse.
- You have no more than 2 organs with cancer spread, the largest tumor is 5 cm or smaller, and you have 10 or fewer tumors total.
