- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You are in good general health with no major medical problems.
- Your weight is at least 110 lbs (50 kg) if male or 99 lbs (45 kg) if female, and your BMI is between 19 and 26.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 6 months after the last dose, and not plan to have children or donate sperm or eggs.
