  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19.0 and 28.0.
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after your last dose.
  • You have no current or past medical conditions that would make the study unsafe.
  • You do not smoke more than 5 cigarettes per day, or have a history of alcohol or drug abuse.
