Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have a hamstring injury that happened within the last 7 days.
- You are able to start hyperbaric oxygen therapy within 7 days of the injury.
- You are able to do an active exercise program.
- You do not smoke or quit smoking at least 3 months ago.
- You are not pregnant and do not have a pacemaker, claustrophobia, or a history of collapsed lung.
