Oxygen therapy to help heal bone infections after injury

Fracture Related InfectionHyperbaric Oxygenation

Part of Infections, Injuries & trauma clinical trials.

This study tests whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing pure oxygen in a special pressurized chamber) can help heal bone infections that develop after a leg injury. The therapy is given alongside surgery to clean and treat the infection.
