Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder (like generalized anxiety or panic disorder).
  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your anxiety is moderate to severe (a score of 14 or higher on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale).
  • You have not taken any anxiety medication, received therapy, or had brain stimulation in the past 2 weeks.
  • You do not have metal or electronic devices in your head, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
