Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder, or depression with strong anxiety.
  • Your anxiety symptoms are at least mild to moderate on a standard rating scale.
  • You are right-handed.
  • Your antidepressant or other treatment dose has been stable for the last 4 weeks.
  • You can read and write Chinese.
