Cryoablation with immunotherapy for liver cancer that progressed after PD-1 treatment

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • You have primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that got worse after treatment with a PD-1 or PD-L1 antibody.
  • Your liver function must be good (Child-Pugh score A or B, less than 7).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured by a special scan (mRECIST).
  • You must be able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have other serious health problems like severe kidney, heart, or lung disease, or active bleeding.
