Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older, and you can sign consent paperwork
- You have advanced (unresectable or metastatic) intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by pathology (tissue or cell testing)
- Your cancer has grown or caused side effects after 1 prior treatment by IV (systemic therapy)
- Imaging shows at least one measurable tumor spot on CT or MRI
- Your health labs and organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) meet safety thresholds
- You can travel for scheduled visits and follow study instructions during treatment
