Who can take part
- Your cancer must be advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer inside the liver) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- You must have already tried one line of chemotherapy (gemcitabine + cisplatin) with an immunotherapy drug (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) and it either stopped working or caused bad side effects.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- Your general health must be fairly good (able to take care of yourself most days) and your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must meet certain minimum levels.
- You cannot have had cryoablation (tumor freezing) before, or any other cancer treatment (except this trial's) within the past 4 weeks.
- If you are sexually active and could become pregnant or father a child, you must agree to use highly effective birth control during the study.
