Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 60 years old with no major health issues.
  • If you're a woman who has had a baby, it must be at least 6 months since you gave birth, you cannot be breastfeeding, and you shouldn't be planning a pregnancy soon.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be 30 or lower.
  • You cannot have a sleep disorder like insomnia or sleep apnea.
  • You cannot have a chronic condition that affects sleep, such as mood disorders or eye problems.
  • You cannot use medications that interfere with sleep, like anti-anxiety drugs or antidepressants.
