Who can take part

  • You are an active-duty pilot.
  • You fly long-haul flights (over 8 hours) at least half of your typical monthly schedule.
  • You do not have a metabolic condition such as diabetes, are not trying to lose weight, and are not taking GLP-1 injections.
  • You are not sensitive to light.
  • A medical monitor will review your health and medications before you join.
