Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery, and your doctor thinks PD-1 immunotherapy might help.
  • Your cancer has progressed after at least one previous treatment, or there is no better standard option.
  • You can have a biopsy (tissue sample) taken from your tumor safely.
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you are fully active or only slightly restricted in physical activity.
  • You have not had immunotherapy (like Keytruda or Opdivo) before, and you do not have an active autoimmune disease or recent treatment with strong immune-suppressing drugs.
