Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy (and it tests negative for EGFR and ALK mutations)
- You have biopsy material available (from the past) or you can get a new biopsy for the study
- Your lung cancer is stage IIIB to IV and you are planning anti–PD-1 medicine by itself (not combination chemo)
- Your tumor has high PD-L1 (50% or higher TPS)
- You have not had any cancer treatment with whole-body (systemic) medicines yet
