This study tests special arm and shoulder exercises (called Ballistic Six) with or without a blood flow restriction band to see which helps cricket players improve performance and prevent injury. You may be able to join if you're a male cricket player between 18-25, with no current shoulder problems.

Who can take part

  • You are male and between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You play cricket regularly (at least once a week) and have been playing for at least 1 year.
  • You have no current shoulder, arm, or elbow pain or injury, and no history of surgery on these areas.
  • You don't have any bone deformities, fractures, or problems with balance or vision.
  • You are generally healthy with no long-term illnesses.
