  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You have been playing sports at least 3 times a week for the last 6 months
  • You are a sprinter or football player
  • You do not have any heart or blood vessel conditions like deep vein thrombosis
  • You have not had a muscle or bone injury in the last 6 months
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant
