Who can take part

  • You are a male cricketer.
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You train at least 4 times a week for a total of 10 or more hours.
  • You have been playing cricket for at least one year.
  • You have scapular dyskinesia type I (a specific shoulder blade movement problem).
  • You have not had neck or shoulder blade surgery in the past year and have no recent major injuries or conditions in those areas.
