Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (confirmed by biopsy).
- You either have never received Zopa before (Cohort 1) or have had at least 4 injections of Zopa in the past and still need surgery to remove papillomas (Cohort 2).
- Your papillomas can be reached with a scope for removal.
- You are in good daily activity level (ECOG 0 or 1).
- If you are sexually active and able to have children, you agree to use birth control during and after treatment.
