Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Have confirmed respiratory papillomas (from a biopsy/cytology test) with signs on imaging of lung involvement
- Have HPV-related disease confirmed by lab testing (in-situ hybridization and/or PCR)
- Provide a new biopsy tissue sample (or an approved stored sample) within 6 weeks before starting treatment
- Have adequate blood counts and organ function based on lab tests (for example, enough white blood cells, platelets, and kidney/liver numbers)
- Be able to do daily activities normally most of the time (ECOG 0–1) and have controlled blood pressure
