  • You must be under 18 years old.
  • You need a parent or legal guardian to give written permission for you to take part.
  • A team of doctors has decided that surgery is the best treatment for your urology condition.
  • You are being treated by a children's urology team at one of the participating hospitals.
  • You must not be pregnant (if you are a girl who has started puberty).
