Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 1 and 17 years old (the first five patients must be 10 to 17)
  • Your child needs one of these surgeries: pyeloplasty (kidney repair), vesicoureteral reflux repair (bladder valve fix), or gastro-oesophageal reflux surgery (stomach valve repair)
  • You and your child must agree to participate and sign a consent form
  • Your child is being seen at Saint-Etienne University Hospital's children's surgery clinic
  • You must have French social security coverage
