Leflunomide for MEN-1 related neuroendocrine tumors

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a neuroendocrine tumor with an MEN-1 gene mutation.
  • Your tumor cannot be removed by surgery and has continued to grow after at least one standard treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are in fairly good health (able to do light activity) and your blood counts, liver, and kidney tests are within safe limits.
  • You have not had cancer treatment, major surgery, or been in another clinical trial in the past 4 weeks.
