  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You can read and write in Chinese.
  • You had a stent placed and are at high risk (for example, due to older age, diabetes, kidney disease, or heart attack history).
  • You are able to use a smartphone and WeChat after training.
  • You do not have a medical condition that makes exercise unsafe (like a very weak heart or uncontrolled blood pressure).
