Who can take part

  • You are 60 years old or older.
  • You had a heart attack (ACS) and got a stent (PCI) placed 3 to 12 months ago.
  • You can use a smartphone or tablet with the LINE app, either by yourself or with help from a caregiver or family member.
  • You have no serious memory problems (a short test will check this).
  • You can speak, read, and write in Thai.
