Who can take part

  • You must be at least 19 years old.
  • You must have type 2 diabetes (by your doctor or with high blood sugar tests) or prediabetes (moderately high blood sugar).
  • You agree to take part in the study and follow its procedures.
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or have severe health conditions like recent cancer, stroke, heart attack, or serious kidney or liver disease.
  • You do not have type 1 diabetes.
