Pharmacist-Led Glucose Monitoring for Prediabetes

Prediabetes

Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This study tests whether wearing a continuous glucose monitor (a small sensor that tracks blood sugar throughout the day) with help from a pharmacist can help people with prediabetes better understand and manage their blood sugar levels.
