Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 80 years old
  • You have type 2 diabetes and do not use insulin
  • Your diabetes treatment (pills, GLP-1 injections, or lifestyle changes) has been stable for at least 3 months
  • Your recent HbA1c blood test is between 7.5% and 10.0%
  • You are willing to wear a CGM device and use its app on your smartphone with internet access
  • You can read and write Korean
