This study tests a program called Vital@Work that helps employees who are on sick leave due to stress to return to work. If you have been off work for 2 to 12 weeks because of stress, this program might support your recovery and reintegration.

Who can take part
- You are employed at one of the participating organizations (Amsterdam UMC, GGZ inGeest, Rijksschoonmaakorganisatie, or Transavia).
- You are between 18 and 68 years old.
- You have been on sick leave for 2 to 12 weeks.
- Your sick leave is due to stress-related complaints (not a severe psychiatric disorder or other serious health condition).
- You are not pregnant or less than 3 months after giving birth.
- You do not have a legal conflict with your employer and are able to complete online modules and questionnaires.
