  • You are a healthcare professional like a nurse, doctor, or therapist.
  • You are currently on sick leave (1–6 months) or have been back at work for less than 6 months.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You work in a healthcare institution in Flanders, Belgium.
  • You speak Dutch well enough to talk in an interview.
