  • You are between 6 and 25 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (by sweat test or genetic test).
  • You have a smartphone or internet and can do remote telehealth visits.
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes or other genetic forms of diabetes.
  • You are not critically ill (requiring ICU care).
  • You are not pregnant.
