Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 49 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 29.0 and 40.0.
  • You have regular menstrual periods (every 21-35 days) for at least 3 months.
  • You have not used weight loss medications in the last 90 days.
  • You are willing to stop taking dietary supplements (except a daily multivitamin) for one week before and during the study.
  • You do not use tobacco, nicotine products, or marijuana/hemp products regularly.
