Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 65 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) of 27 or higher (but less than 40) if you have never taken GLP-1 medications, or you have a BMI under 40 if you have recently stopped taking them.
  • If you have used GLP-1 medications, you must have been on a stable dose for at least 6 months and lost at least 10% of your weight before stopping.
  • You are not currently using other weight-loss or metabolic medications or supplements.
  • You do not have diabetes (type 1 or type 2).
  • You can use a smartphone app and have a scale at home.
