Who can take part

  • You are a male or a female who cannot become pregnant.
  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 25 and 40 (for the main part, between 25 and 35 for the first part).
  • You have not changed your weight by more than 5% or been on a diet program in the last 3 months.
  • You have not taken certain diabetes/weight-loss medicines (like Ozempic or Wegovy) in the last 3 months.
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter medicines (except occasional Tylenol or ibuprofen) in the last 14 days.
